On November 11, 2024, Bahra College of Law organized a legal aid seminar at two Government Senior Secondary Schools in Nabha for Grade 12 students. The primary focus of the seminar was raising awareness about cybercrime among teenagers, an increasingly relevant issue in the digital era. The event also included data collection on the rising instances of cybercrime.

The awareness address was delivered by Mr. Ramandeep Singh, Assistant Professor in Law, and Dr. Nirmal Singh, Assistant Professor in Political Science. They highlighted the types of cyber threats commonly encountered by teenagers, such as online scams, social media abuse, and cyberbullying, and provided preventive measures to help students protect themselves in the digital landscape.

The seminar was convened under the guidance of Ms. Baljinder, Vice Principal and legal aid incharge of Bahra College of Law.The initiative demonstrated the institution’s commitment to empowering youth with critical knowledge to navigate cyberspace safely and responsibly.
