Students of Bahra College of Law, Patiala, actively participated in the Vikshit Bharat Youth Parliament 2025 under the able guidance of Vice Principal Ms. Baljinder Kaur and Assistant Professor Ms. Rupali Sharma. The District Level Round was held at RIMT University, Punjab, on 21st March 2025. This prestigious event aimed to provide a platform for young minds to engage in meaningful discussions on national policies and governance.
The competition required participants to deliver a 3-minute speech on the theme “One Nation, One Election”, analyzing its legal, political, and economic implications. Our students demonstrated commendable public speaking skills, presenting well-researched perspectives on the advantages and challenges of simultaneous elections in India. Their insightful arguments and confident delivery were highly appreciated by the judges and audience.
This event proved to be an enriching experience, helping students enhance their public speaking, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Their participation in such a prestigious platform reflects Bahra College of Law’s commitment to fostering intellectual growth, leadership, and legal awareness among students.
